Diane Lang

Rev. Diane Lang, age 70, overcame her battle with Parkinson’s Disease and entered into Glory peacefully while surrounded by family on October 15th, 2019.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Hazel Run Lutheran Church, 141 Chestnut Street Hazel Run, MN. 

Visitation will be held at the church for one hour before the service.  Arrangements are with Lynner Funeral Home in Clarkfield.

Rev. Diane Louise (Bergmann) Lang was born November 9th, 1948 at St. John’s Hospital in St. Paul to Ernst & Harriet (Class) Bergmann. Married to David Lang on December 30th, 1978 in Minneapolis.  Despite the physical pain she endured, she was a faithful servant in ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those around her. She enjoyed spicy ethnic food, loud praise and worship music, and it wasn’t a proper Christmas unless a couple dozen people were invited over to help decorate the Lang’s Christmas tree. She will be fondly and often missed. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff of Granite Falls Manor as well as Dr. Darrell Carter for the care Diane received.

Diane was preceded in death by parents, Ernst & Harriet Bergmann.  She is survived by husband David Lang, daughter Jennifer Condon, son Jesse Lang (Joylena), grandchildren, Zachary, Brett, Olivia, Adalyn, Ellianna and Joash. brother, David Bergmann (MaryJo), sister Nancy Schultz (Jeffrey), and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
