Zelda Bernette Nodshilder passed away, Saturday, October 3, 1959, at four o'clock in the afternoon, in Wenatchee, Washington, at the age of 27 years and 12 days. She was born in Lisbon Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, on September 21, 1932, the daughter of Selmer Nodshilder and Vira (Willander) Nodshilder. She left the Clarkfield community in 1947, spent 12 years in Fairbanks, Alaska, and the remaining years in Washington State. She was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle, which she attended while she lived in Clarkfield. Her father, Selmer Nodshilder, preceded her in death February 25, 1953. She leaves to mourn her departure, her mother and three sisters, namely, Delores (Mrs. Al Bystrom) of Marysville, Washington, Bonita (Mrs. Howard Warrington) of Bellingham, Washington, and Darlene Nodshilder, who resides with her mother in Seattle, Washington; also nine nieces and nephews; besides a host of relatives and friends.
