Wilva Joy (Loken) Borgen, 65, died Tuesday, January 20, 1998 at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale. Her funeral was held Saturday, January 24, at St. Lucas Lutheran Church with Pastor Gary Kubly officiating. Organist was Connie Pehrson and vocalists were Sherry Grengs and Ryan Loken. Casket bearers were Jason, Kim, Bruce and Larry Loken; Brian and Jay Stiles; Jesse Peacock and Howard Willander. Interment was in the church cemetery. Wilva Joy (Loken) Borgen was born February 26, 1932 in Clarkfield to Albert and Nora (Hanson) Loken. She graduated from Clarkfield High School and Minnesota Business College. Wilva lived most of her life in Minneapolis. She worked as a bookkeeper at Wilensky Auto Parts for 24 years. She resided at Hamilton Manor for the past several years in the Camden area of Minneapolis. She is survived by her three children: Raymond (Bernita) of Champlin, Susan (Gary) Treberg of Minnetonka, Joseph (Heather) of Champlin; two grandchildren, Felicia and Nicole; and one great-grandchild, Amber; two brothers and three sisters, Lawrence, Audrey (Russell) Welch, Ramona (Eldon) Willander, Albert (Patricia), and Dorothy (Dale) Zimmerman, and other relatives.
