William Albert Galow was born April 23, 1905, at the farm home near Boyd, Minnesota, the son of Albert and Ida (Janke) Galow. He was baptized on May 7, 1905, and confirmed in 1919 at the same church. He operated the farm together with his brother, Henry. Mr. Galow passed away at the University Hospital, Minneapolis, on Friday, August 20, 1962, at the age of 57 years. Surviving him are two brothers, Henry and Theodore of Boyd; five sisters: Clara (Mrs. Otto Galow) of Hopkins, Minnesota, Minnie (Mrs. William Galow) of Appleton, Minnesota, Hertha (Mrs. Oscar H. Anderson) of Minneapolis, Elsie (Mrs. Oscar A. Anderson) of Minneota, Minnesota, and Lillie (Mrs. Jay Haakenson) of St. Louis Park, Minnesota; and two uncles, Emil Galow and William Johnke of Montevideo. IN MEMORY OF WILLIAM A.
