Walter E. Harris was born May 20, 1888, in Iowa, the son of Levi M. and Esther (Doolittle) Harris. He married Evelyn Brower. He died November 3, 1950, at the Clarkfield Community Hospital, Clarkfield, Minnesota, at the age of 62 years. Survivors include his wife, Evelyn; sons: Myron and Levi; and daughters: Majorie Kreisel, Vivian and Marion Harris and Virginia Fierstine.
