Virgil Hveem was born September 30, 1928, in Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota, the son of Bernard and Elsa (Marquardt) Hveem. He died August 8, 1951, in Oldham, Kingsbury County, South Dakota, at the age of 22 years. Survivors include his wife, Jean (Zietlow) Hveem and his parents.
