Thomas Gilbert Prestegaard was born November 16, 1874, in Minnesota, the son of Ole and Guro (Listul) Prestegaard. He died July 27, 1951, at his Sandnes Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, home, at 76 years of age. Mr. Prestegaard was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings. Survivors include sisters: Andrea (Mrs. John Lund) and Tilda; brothers Wilhelm and Oscar.
