Selmer Nodshilder was born October 20, 1901, in Minnesota, the son of Hans and Herborg (Swenson) Nodshilder. He passed away February 25, 1953, in Lisbon Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, the result of an automobile accident, at the age of 51 years. Surviving are his wife, Vira (Willander) Nodshilder and four daughters: Mrs. Al Bystrom of Marysville, Washington, Mrs. Bonita Warringtin, Leavenworth, Washington, Mrs. Darlene Johnson, Wenatchee, Washington, and Miss Zelda Nodshilder of Fairbanks, Alaska.
