Roxane Kay Velde was born October 16, 1955, in Clarkfield, Minnesota, the daughter of John and Clarice (Gustad) Velde. She passed away December 26, 1955, at her Friendship Township home, at two and one-half months of age. Besides her parents, two sisters, Lynn, age three, and Kathy, age one, survive.
