Philip M. Schomberg was born January 29, 1881, in Iowa, the son of August and Maria (Klotz) Schomburg. He married Mabel Jertson of Hazel Run, Minnesota, on August 14, 1938, in Codington County, South Dakota. Mr. Schomburg was in the real estate business since 1910. He died November 21, 1949, in Jamestown, North Dakota, the result of a railway accident. Survivors include his wife and four brothers.
