Oscar Martin Olson was born October 16, 1886, in Sweden. He was a member of the Swede Home Lutheran Church. Oscar immigrated to the United States about 1910. He and his brother Karl farmed in partnership several years before he made his home with the Robergs in Swede Prairie Township. Before entering the Clarkfield Care Center, he spent three winters with the Harold Pearsons in Clarkfield. He passed away January 10, 1975. Survivors include one sister, Helda of Liatorp, Sweden. He was preceded in death by brother Karl and a sister Astrid, both of Chicago, Illinois.
