Olga Johanna Eye was born on October 24, 1907 at Echo, Minnesota to parents Bert and Bia (Slettedahl) Eye. She was baptized at Rock Valle Lutheran Church near Echo, Minnesota and confirmed at Israel Lutheran Church of Swede Prairie Township. Olga attended Country School District #104. Olga moved with her family to a farm near Clarkfield in 1915. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, crocheting, and "fancy work". She lived on the farm until December 5, 1991 when she became a resident of the Clarkfield Care Center. She was a member of Israel Lutheran Church. Olga passed away at the Care Center on Tuesday evening, November 3, 1998 at the age of 91 years and 11 days. She is survived by her brother Bennie (and wife Eleanor) Eye of Clarion, Iowa and several nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Alfred, Lewis, and Orbin and sisters Anna and Laura and nephew Burton Eye.
