Nancy Jo (Rosen) Albertson, 25, of Rice, Minnesota, formerly of the Clarkfield/Boyd area, passed away In Sterns County, Minnesota, on April 3, 1979, the result of an automobile accident. She was born on July 2, 1953, to George and Norma (Willander) Rosen at Fort Clayton, Panama Canal Zone. She was baptized on July 2, 1954, at Los Rias, Panama Canal Zone by Pastor H.T. Bernthal. Nancy was confirmed on June 9, 1968, by Pastor Hendrickson at Augustana Lutheran Church, Clarkfield, Minnesota. She attended public schools in Minneapolis, Bloomington, Clarkfield, Cottonwood, and graduated from Dawson High School in 1971. On October 14, 1972, Nancy Jo and Roger Albertson were united in marriage at Clarkfield. To this union three children were born: Sephanie Jo, Genevieve Lynn and Jeremiah Lee. Survivors include her husband, Roger; three children: Stephanie, 6, Genevieve, 4, and Jeremiah, 1; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Hiepler; a sister and two brothers: Gregory of Edgerton, Minnesota, and Gloria and Kari of Boyd, Minnesota; grandmothers: Mrs. C.A. Rosen of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, and Mrs. Ida Hiepler of Lac qui Parle Village, Minnesota. She was prededed in death by her father, George Rosen, four grandparents, and three uncles.
