Minnie C. Leppke was born in Maxwell Township, Minnesota on November 4, 1907, to Theodore and Emma (Knopp) Leppke. She was baptized in the Lutheran faith at St. John's Lutheran Church of Omro Township. She was confirmed in 1921 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Omro Township. Minnie attended school at St. John's Parochial School. Minnie Leppke was united in marriage to Helmer Voss on March 8, 1936, at St. John's Lutheran Church. They resided in Maxwell Township. Helmer passed away on October 19, 1973. Minnie moved to Boyd, Minnesota where she resided until she entered the Dawson Memorial Home on July 2, 1990. She was active in the LWML of Zion Lutheran Church, Tyro Township and also in her church Circles, when her health permitted. She was also active in the Senior Citizen Organization of Boyd. Minnie passed away on February 8, 1993, at the Johnson Memorial Home of Dawson at the age of 85 years. Minnie is survived by a sister, Louise Nevinn, at the Minneota Manor, Minneota, Minnesota; sister-in-law, Olga Voss of Clarkfield, Minnesota; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are her parents, Theodore and Emma Leppke, and her husband, Helmer. Also preceding her are sister, Helena, and brother, Fred.
