Michelle Elizabeth (Smiens) Anspach November 3, 1972 ~ August 15, 2015 Michelle Elizabeth (Smiens) Anspach was born on November 3, 1972, at Montevideo, Minnesota, to parents Arnie and Dagne (Husby) Smiens. She was baptized at Clarkfield Lutheran Church and confirmed at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Montevideo. Michelle was a loving mother. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children. She enjoyed Soduka, crosswords, reading, watching soap operas and the Minnesota Vikings. She became a resident at the Clarkfield Care Center on June 18, 2015, where she passed away from Huntington's Chorea on Saturday, August 15, 2015, at the age of 42 years, 9 months and 12 days. She is survived by her children: Kaitlyn Anspach (and John) and grandchild, Brantley O'Conner, Brett Anspach (and Emily) and soon to be grandchild, Jaxon; her parents, Arnie of Montevideo and Dagne of Clarkfield; her grandmother, Elise Husby of Clarkfield; her brother, Jeremy (and Sarah) Smiens; her sister, Carrie (and Brent) Van Binsbergen; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Arthur Smiens (1984) and Dorothy Smiens (2010); and maternal grandfather, Orville Husby (1960); and uncle, Craig Husby in 1999.
