Merle Burton Albertson was born November 4, 1893, in Iowa, the son of John and Katherine (Drake) Albertson. He was known by many of the local community as a salesman with Mutual Investors' Syndicate. Mr. Albertson passed away March 22, 1962, at the Clarkfield Community Hospital, Clarkfield, Minnesota, at the age of 68 years, following a lingering illness of about two years.
