Martin O. Flaa was born August 26, 1875, in Marquette County, Michigan, the son of Ole and Ingeborg (Havdahl) Flaa. He was the husband of Marit (Rimol) Flaa. He died October 19, 1950, at the Montevideo Hospital, Montevideo, Minnesota, at the age of 75 years. Survivors include his wife, Marit, and his only son, Olaf.
