Passed away January 2, 1977, at Middleburg Heights, Ohio, at the age of 82 Mrs. Kay was preceded in death by her husband Henry Kay, March 7, 1972. Survivors include daughters: Kathryn (Mrs. Claude Arey), Bee (Mrs. David Fullerton), and Ruth (Mrs. Harold Sharkey).
