Mandy Jenonie Johnson was born November 2, 1894, at Normania Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, to Andres and Ragnild (Brenden) Severson. She was baptized December 2, 1894, by Martin Romstad and confirmed May 24, 1908. On March 18, 1914, she was married to Julius Johnson. She died at Community Memorial Hospital, Clarkfield, Minnesota, at age 82. Survivors include on son Ruel of Tacoma, Washington; two daughters: Laurine Fagerlie of Clarkfield, Minnesota, and Irene Evjen of Porter, Minnesota; 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her husband Julius in 1966; one son; one daughter; her mother and father; six brothers and three sisters.
