Mabel Olova Olson was born to parents Ole A. and Mary Olson in Leenthrop Township, Chippewa County, Minnesota, on August 17, 1909. She was confirmed in Silo Lutheran Church of Cottonwood, Minnesota, in 1924 by Rev. Otterstad. She lived all her adult life in St. Paul where she passed away at her home on August 9, 1966, at the age of 56 years. She was preceded in death by her brother, Elmer, in October of 1960 and by her parents. She is survived by four sisters and one brother: Arthur Olson of Cottonwood, Minnesota, Ruth Olson of Spokane, Washington, Gladys (Mrs. Harold Gullickson) of Hanley Falls, Minnesota, Esther (Mrs. Norman Anderson) of Bloomington, Minnesota, and Hazel (Mrs. Bill White) of Flora, Indiana.
