Lola was a hard worker and she worked at the Clarkfield Care Center, the Clarkfield Café, and sold Avon while raising her family. She always had a big garden and had extra to share with family and friends. Lola was an avid Vikings fan; if they were playing, she was cheering. She loved to go to the lake and spent many Saturday's shopping in Alexandria and visiting with her camping family. Lola loved polka music and dancing with her sister, Lorraine, at Polka fest.
On Friday, February 19, 2021, Lola passed away at her home in rural Clarkfield surrounded by family at the age of 79.
