Lloyd Sherman Anderson was born April 16, 1903, in Minnesota, the son of Gustaf M. and Sarah (Bestland) Anderson. He completed elementary school in Dictrict 45 near Clarkfield after which he lived with his mother and father and helped on the farm. The family moved to Hanley Falls and a short time later, Lloyd entered the state hospital at Fergus Falls, Minnesota, and was transferred to the Willmar State Hospital in 1950. He passed away suddenly on December 30, 1963, at the state hospital in Willmar. Preceding him in death were his mother in 1949 and his father in 1952. IN MEMORY OF LLOYD S.
