Lillian Aimee (Kvistad) Falkum (May 8, 1922 ~ October 3, 2010) Lillian Aimee Kvistad Falkum was born at Echo, Minnesota, May 8, 1922, to parents Sivert and Oline (Nydahl) Kvistad. She attended District 84 school. On June 6, 1946, Lillian married Melvin D. Falkum of Clarkfield, Minnesota. She was a lifetime member of the Clarkfield Assembly of God Church, where she had been the pianist, Sunday School teacher and Women's Ministries secretary-treasurer. Lillian worked at the Niazi Clinic and the Clarkfield Care Center for 23 years. Lillian passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2010, at the Granite Falls Hospital at the age of 88 years, 4 months and 25 days. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Melvin in 1992, ten brothers (two in infancy), four sisters, two nieces and one nephew. Lillian is survived by daughter Becki (Darryl) Benson of Clarkfield; son Tim Falkum of Cottonwood, Minnesota; granddaughter Brook Benson and her children: Deven, Jager, Leighton and Tenely of Raymond, Minnesota; grandson Aaron (Erica) Benson and their children: Lily and Max of LaCrosse, Wisconsin; grandson Tom Falkum of St. Cloud, Minnesota; granddaughter Aimee Falkum of Hawaii; brother John Kvistad of Granite Falls; sisters-in-law: Bertha Kvistad of Belview, Minnesota, Ethel Willander of Clarkfield and Marjorie Kvistad of Granite Falls; nieces and nephews.
