Leona Ouellette was born in Normania Township of Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, near Cottonwood, April 25, 1921. She passed away May 19, 1975, at the Clarkfield Care Center, where she had made her home the past five years. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Clotilde Catholic Church at Green Valley, Minnesota. Miss Ouellette is survived by two sisters: Blanche (Mrs. Art Lang) of Beverly Hills, California, and Mary Ouellette of Cottonwood; and one brother, Isadore Ouellette of North Hollywood, California. She is also survived by two aunts: Mrs. Alma Irvine of Hastings, Minnesota, and Mrs. Homer Guimond of Medford, Minnesota; and several nieces and nephews.
