Laurine Fagerlie was born June 13, 1917, to Julius and Mandy (Severson) Johnson of Swede Prairie Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. She was baptized and confirmed in the Israel Lutheran Church. She worked for a few years at the Clarkfield Hospital. On December 6, 1942, she was united in marriage to Conrad Fagerlie and lived her entire life in the Clarkfield, Minnesota area. She is survived by her husband Conrad; one daughter Mary Jo Leindecker, son-in-law Bill Leindecker, grandchildren Scott and Traci all of Willmar, Minnesota; sister Mrs. Irene Evjen of Porter, Minnesota; brother Ruel of Tacoma, Washington; and many nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents; an infant daughter Constance; and one brother Vernon Johnson. Blessed be her memory!
