Dr. Julius Heimark was born June 7, 1888, at Clarkfield, Minnesota, the son of Jacob and Christine (Storebo) Heimark, graduated from the University of Minnesota Medicial School in 1918, and the same year was married to Esther Moe of Minneapolis. He practiced at the Fargo, North Dakota Clinic for eight years and was in private practice at Blue Earth, Minnesota, before going to Fairmont, Minnesota, to help organize the clinic in 1930. Since his retirement five years ago, he has resided in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Heimark died Friday, September 24, 1965, in Phoenix, Arizona, following a stroke, at the age of 77 years. He had been in failing health for the past six months. Surviving are his wife, two sons and a daughter: Dr. John Heimark of Mankato, Minnesota, Bruce of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Betty (Mrs. Sam Kitchell) of Phoenix, Arizona; 11 grandchildren; two brothers: Ole of Clarkfield, Minnesota, and Clarence of Granite Falls, Minnesota; and three sisters: Mrs. Cecelia Ellingson of Detroit, Michigan, Mrs. Carrie Berg of Bemidji, Minnesota, and Bessie (Mrs. Archie Anderson) of Minneapolis. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers: Andrew, Carl, John and Henry; and three sisters: Ann, Mrs. Josephine Black, and an infant sister, Clara. IN MEMORY OF DR. JULIUS J.
