Julia Austin was born November 24, 1874, in Minnesota, the daughter of Thosten Thostenson and Margaret (Bestland) Thostenson. She passed away February 20, 1959, at the Granite Falls Hospital, Granite Falls, Minnesota, at the age of 84 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Austin, her daughter, Edna Kittelson, and an infant daughter. Survivors include a daughter, Emma Josephine (Mrs. Sidney Oftedahl), and a son, Ole Elmer Austin. IN MEMORY OF MRS.
