Obituary

Josie Cecelia Willander was born August 16, 1905, to Edwin and Clara (Johnson) Willander of Tyro Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. Cecelia was baptized by Rev. Schelen on August 27, 1905, and was confirmed on May 26, 1918, at the Swedish Evangelical Lutheran Church by Rev. Emil O. Valberg. On February 18, 1931, Cecelia was united in marriage to Arthur Loose of Boyd, Minnesota. Cecelia and Arthur had two children, Roger and Shirley. Roger passed away June 6, 1968. The Loose family resided on their farm near Boyd until November, 1963, when they moved to Montevideo. Cecelia passed away May 28, 1975, at Sioux Valley Hospital, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, at the age of 69 years. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, Arthur of Montevideo; daughter Shirley (Mrs. Ray Schaikoski) of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; six sisters: Mrs. Vira Nodschilder of Marysville, Washington, Mrs. Bernice Johnson of Wenatchee, Washington, Mrs. Kenneth Yeider (Junette) of Reseda, California, Mrs. Delphine Johnson of Eugene Oregon, Edith Willander of Minneapolis, Ruth Willander of Clarkfield; brothers: Orin and Jessie of Clarkfield, Donald of Minneapolis, Ellsmore of Aberdeen, South Dakota; and a host of nieces and nephews. Ceceila was preceded in death by her parents; son Roger in 1968; two brothers, Reynold and Wallace; and a sister, Mae. IN MEMORY OF MRS.
