Jeanette Mae Andresen, age 70, of Eagan passed away on February 13th, 2022 at the Friendship Manor in Shakopee, MN.

Jeanette was born in Clarkfield, Minnesota to Amelia Lucille (Stenevik) Stensrud and Melvin Bernard Stensrud on September 11, 1951 and grew up in Clarkfield and Bloomington, MN in her teenage years. She graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Bloomington, MN and worked for various federal agencies for thirty years, retiring in 2016. She married Douglas James Andresen on September 26, 1970 and raised two children in Apple Valley, MN, divorcing after 13 years. Jeanette found her greatest joy dancing, crocheting, reading, and traveling through numerous countries.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Amelia Stensrud; sister, Linnae Stensrud, and brother, Kevin Stensrud. Jeanette is survived by her two children, Michael (Kristy) Andresen, and Melissa (Jeff) Barnett; grandchildren, Tyler, Mikey, and Hailey; brother, Jeff (Brenda) Stensrud; sister-in-law, Sharon Stensrud and other family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 29th, 2022 at 2 PM at the Clarkfield Lutheran Cemetery. Blessed be her memory.
