Jane (Sampson) Nelson was born February 20, 1862, in Fillmore County, Minnesota, the daughter of Ole and Anna Sampson. She married Otto Nelson April 29, 1893, in Fillmore County, Minnesota. Mrs. Nelson passed away February 5, 1952, in Hanley Falls, Minnesota. Mrs. Nelson is survived by her daughter, Caroline (Mrs. Alvin Olson) of Hanley Falls. She was preceded in death by her husband. Funeral services were conducted Friday, February 8, 1952, 2:00 p.m., at Yellow Medicine Lutheran Church, Hanley Falls, Minnesota, Rev. J.S. Strand officiating.
