Irvin LeRoy Berkvam was born on the 9th of March, 1944, at the Clarkfield Hospital. He was baptized on the 18th of May, 1944, at the home of his parents. He departed this life on the morning of the 26th of November, 1956, after a tragic accident the preceding day. He attended Sunday School at Bergen Lutheran Church where he was a member. He also attended parochial school at Clarkfield, Minnesota, where he was a student at the public school. He was also a member of the Stony Run 4-H Club. He leaves to mourn his passing, his parents, Orville and Elois (Ernst) Berkvam of Granite Falls, Minnesota; his grandparents: Mrs. Otilia Berkvam and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ernst; his great grandparent, Mr. Andy Long, all of Clarkfield, Minnesota. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, and a host of friends. May God bless his memory among us.
