Ida Augusta Riediger was born August 22, 1891, in Omro Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, the daughter of Gustaf Steinke and Augusta (Reich) Steinke. On November 24, 1940, she was united in marriage to Adolph Riediger by Pastor A.W. Fuerstenau of St. John's Lutheran Church of Omro Township She passed away March 30, 1959, at the Rosaasen Rest Home in Renville, Minnesota, at the age of 67 years.
