Obituary

Ida Olava Erickson was born January 28, 1880, to Sam and Annie (Jarshaw) Lee in Rio, Wisconsin. She was baptized and confirmed in the Bonnet Prairie Lutheran Church. Her marriage to Albert Erickson took place at Rio, Wisconsin, on January 21, 1912. They made their home at Hazel Run, Minnesota, for a number of years. Her husband passed away February 21, 1927. In 1941, she moved to Granite Falls and resided there until the time of her death. She died at her home Tuesday, April 12, 1960, at the age of 80 years. Mrs. Erickson is survived by four sisters, namely, Sena (Mrs. A.O. Anderson) of Hazel Run, Hannah (Mrs. William Klawes), Olga (Mrs. Oscar Evenson) and Ellen (Mrs. George Gunnelson) of Rio, Wisconsin, and numerous relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, mother and father and five sisters. IN MEMORY OF MRS. IDA C.
