Herman Otterholt passed away at the age of 87 on Thursday, April 25, 1974, at the Clarkfield Hospital. He was born February 24, 1887, in Minnesota, to parents Nels and Marie (Westermae) Otterholt. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at Clarkfield Lutheran Church and were conducted by Pastor Gordon Trelstad. Survivors include a son, Howard. Mr. Otterholt was a Veteran of World War I. Because Mr. Otterholt felt his "treasured friends" knew him so well, his request was that no obituary be published.
