Henry A. Gunderson was born June 20, 1893, in LaCrosse County, Wisconsin, the son of Anton and Gunhild (Saglien) Gunderson. Henry married Ella Brusven. They were the parents of Audrey and Vernon. Mr. Gunderson died Sunday, January 27, 1952, at the Vallers Township home of his son, Vernon, who survives him. He was 58 years of age. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella (1920). Funeral services were held Thursday, January 31, 1952, 2:00 p.m., at Saint Lucas Lutheran Church, Normania Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, Rev. H.J. Madland officiating.
