Hazel Doris Myran was born July 6, 1933 at Little Falls, Minnesota to parents William and Beulah (Jenkens) Hamilton. She grew up and attended school in Little Falls, Minnesota. Hazel married Philip Myran on July 3, 1956. Hazel was the mother of five children, Thomas, Phyllis, Donna, Sandra, and an infant daughter who passed away at birth. Hazel and Philip lived near Hanley Falls for 36 years. In May of 1993, they moved to Granite Falls. Hazel passed away on Friday evening, January 20, 1995 at the Granite Manor at the age of 61 years, 6 months, and 15 days. She is survived by her husband, Philip, of Henry Hill Apartments of Granite Falls, and her children; Phyllis of Renville, Minnesota, Donna (husband Mike) Foutch of Brett, Iowa; Sandra of Marshall, Minnesota; and grandchildren; Trisha, Michael, Corey, and Kent and three brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter, son Thomas, and one brother. Blessed be her memory.
