Harold Larson was born February 29, 1904, to Eric and Anne (Nelson) Larson in Boyd. He was baptized and confirmed in the Trinity Church in Boyd. He passed away suddenly at his home Wednesday morning, November 26, 1975, of an apparent heart attack at the age of 71 years. On July 14, 1928, Mr. Larson married Edna Wangsness of Fergus Falls, Minnesota. He was engaged in farming all his life in the Boyd area. At the time of his death he was an active member of several boards in the Boyd community. Survivors include his wife, Edna; three children: Donna (Mrs. Harold Reek) of Renville, Minnesota, Harold Larson Jr. of Boyd, and Alan Larson of Willmar, Minnesota; ten grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Clara Agre of Montevideo, Minnesota; and a brother, Alfred Larson of Flat Rock, Michigan.
