Harold Gullickson was born May 18, 1906, to Sam and Johanna (Simonson) Gullickson and passed away January 20, 1983, at the Clarkfield Community Hospital, Clarkfield, Minnesota, at the age of 76 years and eight months. He was a member of Yellow Mediciine Lutheran Church all his life through baptism and confirmation. He attended school at the old Vineland District and also two terms at the Agriculture School in Morris, Minnesota. In 1935, he married Gladys Olson of Cottonwood, Minnesota. To this union one daughter was born. They have lived in the Hanley Falls community all their life. He is survived by his wife, Gladys, and one daughter, Gwendalyn, Mrs. Herbert Sanders of Scottsdale, Arizona; and three grandchildren, Kurt, Craig and Jennifer Sanders; three sisters, Marguerite, Mrs. Lester Vang of West Concord, Minnesota, Virginia, Mrs. Edward Flejzor of Wallington, New Jersey, and Edith, Mrs. Glenn Jorgenson of Clarkfield, Minnesota; and two brothers, Rudolph and Richard Gullickson of Hanley Falls. He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Norma, two brothers, Kermit and Sanford.
