Halvor Johnson was born August 5, 1875, in Norway, to Mr. and Mrs. John Ringer. The 92 year old bachelor was a resident of Sandnes Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, and resided with his nephews. He passed away Saturday, June 1, 1968, at the Clarkfield Community Hospital, at the age of 92 years. Surviving Mr. Johnson are his five nephews: Orvid, Marvin, Solvin, Kermit and Murl Johnson and Marvin Salness; and a niece, Mrs. Gladys Huso of Minneota, Minnesota.
