Esther Marie Baurle was born February 12, 1907, in Chicago, Illinois, to Michael and Mary (Reinhart) Baurle. In 1930, she married R.G. Casperson. They moved from Zion, Illinois, to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1937. Esther retired from the Stainless Foundry in Milwaukee in 1972 and moved to Clarkfield, Minnesota, in 1976. She moved to Montevideo, Minnesota, in 1986. Esther became a resident of the Clarkfield Care Center, Clarkfield, Minnesota, in April of 1990. She was a member of the Community Bible Church in Montevideo. Esther Casperson died at the Clarkfield Care Center at the age of 84 years, on Monday, February 25, 1991. She is survived by two brothers, Paul and Edward of Florida; her former husband; two sons, Ira (wife Dee) of Montevideo and Don (wife Shirley) of California; one daughter, Glenda of California; 15 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Fred, Raymond and Harry; one sister, Ruth Brownlow; and one nephew, Robert Baurle.
