IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Emma Christine
Rogge
June 6, 1889 – February 25, 1965
Emma Christine Rogge was born June 6, 1889, at Boyd Minnesota, the daughter of Henry and Rosena Martin Rogge. She resided on the farm with her folks until 1912 when they moved to Boyd where she resided until their death. Due to her limited ability, she then resided with her sister, Mrs. Paul Steinhauer at Rock Island, Illinois, for five years when her sister passed away. It was at that time that she came to the Schlee home where she was lovingly cared for until her passing. She departed this life Thursday, February 25, 1965, at the Clarkfield Community Hospital, at the age of 75 years. Besides her parents and sister, Mrs. Steinhauer, she was preceded in death by her brother, Emil Rogge of Boyd; two half-sisters and a half-brother: Mrs. Bertha Rickhoff and Mrs. Minnie Biel of Chicago and Henry Rogge of Boyd. Along with Clara Schlee, she is survived by her brother, Edd T. Rogge, and thirteen nieces and nephews.
