Emil Adolph Galow was born September 24, 1876, in Minnesota, the youngest son of Michael and Anna (Schrondt) Galow. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. Most of his life was spent in this community. His latter years were spent at the County Home near Madison. He passed away on January 11, 1968, at the hospital in Madison, Minnesota, at the age of 91 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and two sisters. Numerous nieces and nephews survive him.
