Elnora Theoline (Moe) Lange (March 11, 1921 ~ April 18, 2010) Elnora Theoline (Moe) Lange was born on March 11, 1921, in Stony Run Township of Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, to parents Andrina (Thompson) and Ole T. Moe. She was baptized and confirmed at Israel Lutheran Church of Swede Prairie Township. On June 26, 1941, Elnora was united in marriage to Leonard Lange in Dawson, Minnesota. They lived and farmed in Omro Township of Yellow Medicine County until retiring and moving into Montevideo, Minnesota in 1983. She was a long time member of Redeemer Lutheran Church of Boyd, Minnesota, and was currently a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Montevideo. Elnora was a homemaker and enjoyed raising her children, gardening, cooking, baking and card playing. Elnora passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2010, at the Clarkfield Care Center, Clarkfield, Minnesota, where she had been a resident for about four years, at the age of 89 years, 1 month and 7 days. She is survived by one daughter: LaVonne (Sanford) Gades of Farmington, Minnesota; daughter-in-law, Diane Lange of Coon Rapids, Minnesota; three grandsons: Rodney Lange of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, Jared Lange of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, and Keith Gades of Rosemount, Minnesota; one great granddaughter, Elizabeth Ashley Lange; as well as a number of nieces and nephews. Elnora was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; son Elroy; her parents; sister, Evelyn Sievers; an infant sister, Gilma; three brothers: Marvin Moe, Telford Moe, and Arlen Moe; three sisters-in-law: Maggie Moe, Eleanor Siira, and Deanna Moe; and one brother-in-law, Emil Sievers.
