Edna Larson was born November 2, 1906, at Blackduck, Beltrami County, Minnesota, the daughter of Lester and Gina (Iverson) Knodel. On May 30, 1925, she was united in marriage with Leo Larson at Marshall, Minnesota. They made their home in Yellow Medicine County. This union was blessed with three daughters. Deceased and her family lived a very happy and good life together. She was in poor health for several years, but continued to take care of her home. During the last ten days her health failed rapidly until she passed away Wednesday evening, October 15, 1952, at the Clarkfield Community Hospital, Clarkfield, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her father. Her passing is mourned by her husband; three daughters: Adeline (Mrs. John Michels) of Rushmore, Minnesota, June (Mrs. Dale Olson) of St. Paul, and Lila (Mrs. Clinton Grove) of El Segundo, California; her mother, Mrs. Gina Olson; two brothers: Henry of Marshall, Minnesota, and Bennie of Starbuck, Minnesota; and three grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Anna Julian of Marshall, Minnesota, and Mrs. John Fuller of Los Angeles, California.
