Dorothy Kanzelman was born June 2, 1898, at Oberon, North Dakota, the daughter of Philip and Louise Kanzelman. She was married to Wilhelm L. Hahn on February 24, 1917, at Minnewakan, North Dakota. The couple lived in North Dakota until 1931 when they moved to Boyd, Minnesota, where they resided until moving to Dodge Center, Minnesota, in 1951, where they since made their home. Mrs. Hahn passed away on Saturday, December 6, 1969, at the age of 71 years. She died at the Owatonna Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her husband, Wilhelm; two daughters: Marie (Mrs. William Priebe) of Clara City, Minnesota, and Marilyn (Mrs. Francis Johnson) of Hayfield, Minnesota; two sons: Merle H. of Boyd, and Darrell of Willmar; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Paul Schmid of Minnewakan, North Dakota, and Mrs. Rose Simon of Minnewaken; three brothers: George Kanzelman of Flora, North Dakota, Leo Kanzelman and Gene Kanzelman of Oberon, North Dakota.
