Debra Rae Lohn of Mankato, Minnesota, was born March 16, 1966, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to parents Ronald and Catherine (Olson) Lohn. She and her sister Patricia Ann, passed away Monday, April 15, 1974, in Mankato as a result of drowning. Debra was a student at Franklin Grade School of Mankato. She was eight years old. Survivors include her parents; one sister Michelle 6; grandmother, Mrs. Mildred Olson of Granite Falls, Minnesota; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Lohn of Spicer, Minnesota; and an uncle Peter Olson of Burnsville, Minnesota.
