Dale B. Jorgenson of Hayden, Idaho, died July 6, 2008, at the Kootenai Medical Center, at the age of 87 years. Dale B. Jorgenson was born in Clarkfield, Minnesota, November 15, 1920, to Marvin and Bessie Jorgenson. He attended the Clarkfield schools and then went into farming and delivering milk for a local dairy. In 1942 he married Alice Koepp of Boyd, Minnesota, and they had two children. In 1954 they moved to Coeur D'Alene, where he had made his home for the past 54 years. He was employed by the Coeur D'Alene Creamery/Darigold Dairy for 30 years, retiring in 1983. In 1982 Dale married Laura Mills. They celebrated 26 years of marriage. Dale was a member of Trininty Lutheran and Christ the King Lutheran Churches in Coeur d'Alene and Clarkfield Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife, Laura; a son Gary (Vernabeth) of Post Falls, Idaho, daughter Linda Aavedal (Robert) of Sandpoint, Idaho; stepchildren, Susan Clow (Al) of Coeur d'Alene, Greg Mills (Diana) of Coeur d'Alene, Steve Mills (Kay) of Coeur d'Alene, Sharon Moore of Kellogg, Sydne Trueblood (Russ) of Hayden, Idaho; sister, Mabel Miller of Clarkfield; brother, Dennis Jorgenson of Clarkfield; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Alice in 1981, a brother Glenn Jorgenson and a niece and nephew.
