Cora Anderson Lee Isaacs was born in Lisbon Township near Clarkfield, Minnesota, on January 10, 1895, to Mons and Engebor Anderson. She was baptized and confirmed at Clarkfield Lutheran Church and graduated from Madison Normal School. In 1917 she was married to Alvin Lee, who died in 1934. To this union a daughter, Dorothy (Mrs. Olaf Blaness, of Minneapolis, Minnesota) was born. In 1939, she was married to Alvin Isaacs, and to this union a daughter, Carmen (Mrs. Ron Lindstrom, of Sacramento, California) was born. She taught country school for several years, owned and managed a Farm Produce Store, and was employed at her brother Ingval's Implement Store. She was active in her church Ladies Aid in many capacities. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mons and Engebor; husband, Alvin Lee; brothers, Ingval and Henry; and sisters Emma (Mrs. Nels) Halvorson and Alma (Mrs. Lewis) Droen. Survivors include her husband, Alvin; two daughters, Dorothy (Mrs. Olaf) Blaness and Carmen (Mrs. Ron) Lindstrom; two step-daughters, Delores (Mrs. William) Zethraus and Althea, (Mrs. Stanley) Zethraus; two step-sons, Lyle Isaacs and Alton Isaacs; four grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and twelve great step-grandchildren.
