Clarence Joseph Iverson was born September 26, 1904, in Minnesota, to parents Halvor O. and Maren (Lund) Iverson. He was baptized by the Rev. Halvor O. Fjerlstad and confirmed by Rev. John J. Salhus in the Bergen Lutheran Church. His entire life was spent on the home farm which he operated with his brother, Harry Iverson. He was a lifetime member of the Bergen Church as well as a member of farm and community organizations. Clarence passed away at the Clarkfield Community Hospital on Friday, January 24, 1969, at the age of 64 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Halvor O. and mother, Maren Lund Iverson, and one sister, Gladys (Mrs. Olaf Froland) of Starbuck, Minnesota. He is survived by his brother, Harry, on the farm in Lisbon Township, and two aunts: Mrs. Gunda Molstad of Clarkfield and Mrs. Annie Haugen of Northwood, North Dakota; one nephew, Harvey; two nieces: Gloria and Janice; and brother-in-law, Olaf Froland of Starbuck.
