Christian Wold was born April 12, 1883, in Norway, the son of Engebret and Karn (Erickson) Wold. He was married to Helma Anderson April 16, 1909, at Boyd. To this union nine children were born. Mr. Wold's life occupation was that of a plasterer. He passed away January 22, 1958, at his home in Ten Mile Lake Township, Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota, at the age of 74 years. Survivors include his wife, Helma; his children: Harry of Dawson, Minnesota, Clarence of Marshall, Minnesota, Mary (Mrs. N.H. Saltness) of Van Nuys, California, Ralph and Lester of Montevideo, Minnesota, Eunice (Mrs. Lloyd Kirkeby) and Norman of Clarkfield, Ruth (Mrs. Donald Balm) of Boyd, Minnesota, and Ruby (Mrs. H. Overturs) of McMinnville, Tennessee.
